If you are looking for a professional wedding photographer in the Cook Islands, you will find the services I offer to be most reliable, price competitive and above all else, of outstanding artistic quality. Why, because for me, photography is a passion. I have lived in the South Pacific for 15 years and have produced several photographic books on the islands and its people. I was orginally a full time professional photographer but I now run my own travel publishing company - Pacific Travel Guides. Still, there is nothing more appealing to me than to be out and about taking photographs. It would be a great pleasure to be there for you on your wedding day, capturing those special life moments that you will carry with you for many years to come.

Your Wedding Pictures
All pictures are taken on professional Nikon digital cameras (D200 featuring 10 MegaPixels and D70s featuring 6 MegaPixels). The pictures are presented to you at Rarotonga Airport before you leave Fiji on a DVD containing all original pictures together with selected "BEST" pictures. which have standard colour adjustment. The "BEST" pictures printed as a colour contact sheets (12 pictures on one A4 page) so you can quickly view and easily select the photos you want to print when you get back home.
For an additional fee of F$100 I will post eight images on the Internet as soon as I get home so your friends and family can view your special day almost instantly ( for overnight packages this will be the next day) - now this instant service is simply not available with traditional print film - If you require this service, please advise me in advance so I can give you the website address for you to pass on to your freinds and family.
There are several reasons why digital photography is the best solution for your Cook Islands wedding. Firstly, the quality of digital photography is now so advanced that it equals traditional print film for the print specifications required by most couples. The edge in digital photography is the speed in delivery and the ease in storing, editing and viewing your images.

I'm originally from England and first came to Fiji in 1989. I fell in love with the place and stayed on for 6 months to travel around the outer islands. The memories stayed with me and the following year I returned to Fiji to try and establish myself as a resident photographer. Between 1991 and 1997 I operated my own photographic business in Nadi working mainly with tourism resorts and commercial companies and writing the occassional adventure travel stories about the more remote parts of Fiji. During this time I published two photographic books, "Fiji" and "Rotuma".
In 1998 I turned my attention to Travel Publishing and the Internet to launch Pacific Travel Guides, a series of informative travel guides promoting tourism throughout the South Pacific Islands. This business has grown enormously and with the recent addition of a travel consultancy partnership with Beautiful Pacific - it is now one of the leading Internet travel publications on the South Pacific. One of the main selling points of the websites is its creative and unique photography which I still retain with a passion. I still take loads of photographs and my latest photographic book to be published in 2006 is titled "Beautiful Samoa" and begins a series of photographic books across the South Pacific Islands ...
